You skin looks pretty good. I would skip foundation. It's not really needed on a daily basis, especially since like I said, you skin already looks good.
Eyeshadows: Dark haired, and dark eyed girls typically look better in golds/bronze, Purples, greens.
Lipgloss: you can't go wrong with a pink. Make it somewhere in the middle. Not too light, not too dark. Also try a light 'berry' color. Or mix a light pink lipgloss, with a pink-ish red lipstick (lightly applied).white hair

Hands down Maybelline's Shinylicious. They are wonderful! I have Chocolate Cherry, Pink Sorbet %26amp; a Cola one. Lots of colors to choose from %26amp; they smell like their names. Very moisturizing, they are my new favorite gloss.

bonnebell and other stuff you find at drugstores or target are all cheap and decent brands. makeup brands like nyx also have good quality and are pretty cheap. i have some nyx eyeshadow and eyeliner which are pretty good but ive never tried the lipgloss. its all pretty much the same to me. you'll have to experiment some. or you can check magazines and online votes like drugstore ratings and stuff like that. good luck!

I need to make my own lipgloss for a projecta nd I don't know how and i DON'T WANT a recipe that has like almond oil or olives in it cuz some other peeps told me those!! I need to know how!How can I make my own lipgloss?

How to Make Your Own Lipgloss
This lipgloss recipe is easy to follow, quick to make, and it gives you beautiful lips.
Steps
1. Find a small container with a lid. You will need this to put your lipgloss/lipbalm recipe in.
2. Pour 1 teaspoon of honey in the container.
3. Break open a couple vitamin E capsules and add it to the honey.
4. Apply a very small amount of coconut oil, olive oil, and almond oil into the mixture.
5. Put in a swab of Vaseline.
6. Add your choice of Kool-Aid mix for flavor and color.
7. Put in a couple drops of aloe vera gel/cocoa butter.
8. Put in some beeswax.
9. Add your choice of essential oils. (Ones that will go with the desired scent of Kool-Aid mix.)
10. Put in some lemon drops to wake up your lips if desired.
11. Microwave the mixture for a few seconds.
12. Spread it all over your lips!
Tips
* Microwave it for a relaxing feel on lips or chill it for a refreshing wake-up call.
* You don't have to mix all of these ingredients. Just choose the ones you like best if you want.
* Use a lipgloss wand or fingers to apply to lips.
* When softening the mixture with heat, be sure the container and lid are microwavable.
* It's ok to lick it! It tastes good and all the ingredients are edible!

find an empty lip-balm tin, the kind you apply with your fingers and fill it about a third of the way full with pure petroleum jelly (it has no odor, no taste, and protects/soothes your lips like no other.) go to the grocery store and where the cake-making/decorating stuff is, you should be able to find a small vile of cake-scenting/flavoring additive that will make your balm small however you want it. just mix a drop or two as you like to your tin of pet. jelly. as for colorant, maybe a drop of red to tint the stuff pink or a drop of two red %26amp; a yellow for a more natural color. if you're like me, though, and like dazzling color or shimmer, look in the make-up section for Bon-Bon's...you know those tiny jars of loose eye-shadow? they're only about 98cents and just the tiniest bit added to your container of gloss with give you crazy-pop and shimmer.

I believe the color in the lip gloss has stained your lips and it must wear off. Just like when you get food coloring on your fingers and it takes a while to wear off. you might try covering it up. Be gentle to your lips, it is very thin skin and you can damage the tender tissue there.
you could try a little bit of baking soda %26amp; water make a paste out of it %26amp; apply to your lips for a few minutes but don't be shocked if your lips burn you shouldn't have screubbed your lips hope this helps
p.s. don't forget to use lip balm afterwords
well that will probably come off on its own but if u absolutliy need it off put backing soda on it and soke ur lips
also if it was a red kind or something like that make sure ur lips r red b/c of the lip gloss and not b/c u keep scrubing and bothering them

Mac offers lip primer, but I'd rather just reapply anyway... chapstick/lipbalm before applying anything.. I'm using Loreal's Color Riche right now in Tawny (845), really nice and subtle looking if your eye makeup is more out there.. it just evens out the lips and creates dimension before you apply on the gloss.. for gloss I use Mac's Tinted Lip Glass because it's more subtle over lipstick, but any gloss can be subtle if you just put less of it. I just like the look of nice plump lips with even tone (personally, my lips are dry and often chapped), not necessarily sticky glossy shiny lips that's half pouring into your mouth you know haha and your hair sticking all over it haha...What is the best lipgloss/lipstick you'd recommend?
To keep your lipstick last longer thorugh out the day you should try a lip liner becuase it is supposed to keep your lipstick on all day and keep it from bleeding. You could also try a lipstick that is long wearing so you wouldn't have to use a lip liner. I suggest you try Maybelline's Superstay Lipcolour, but remember to apply the colour first and wait 2 mins. before you apply the balm. Covergirl also sells one too but I think Maybelline's lasts longer (maybelline's lasts for 16 hours).

I would suggest to go with the most natural looking colored lipstick that is closest to your lip color and then put lip gloss over it. You can put shiny (clear) lipgloss or you can get one that is close to your lip color, or even a shade lighter or darker.

lipstick
Materials
Vegetable shortening, honey, unsweetened drink mix (eg. Kool-Aid), hot water
1. Use a small bowl to mix 1 tbsp of the solid vegetable shortening and 1 tsp of honey. In a separate bowl, mix the drink mix and 1/4 tsp of hot water until it is dissolved. Stir in as much of the drink mix as possible. The actual amount will depend on the temperature of water. The more you can dissolve, the stronger the flavour will be.
2. You can choose the color and flavor of you lip gloss by the type of drink mix you use.
3. Add one drop of the water mixture to the shortening/honey base. Stir well. Repeat until you get the color/flavor combination you want. Pour into a clean container or old lip gloss pot.
4. Store in the refrigerator. Keeps for 3 days, but it tastes so good that you will use it up very fast!

It stains your lips because it's kool-aid my lips were red and they looked cute! Taste it! it tastes good If you like sour or sweet!
5. I used ';Pop Rocks'; in one batch (melted) and wow! A big flavor burst! I'd say better than brands that are for sale! I also used some yummy teas such as strawberry, chamomile, and ';sleepy time';! They were wonderful!
PS Try using hot cocoa mix!

Seal the bag and carefully put it in a bowl of hot tap water to melt ingredients, about 3-5 minutes. (Use tap water! Never use a microwave or stove to heat the water).
Once all the ingredients are melted, remove the bag from the water. Squish ingredients around in bag to mix; work quickly! Clip off a tiny corner of the bag and squeeze gloss into the clean container. Let it set for an hour, or put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

How do you change eyeshadow into lipgloss?
eye shadow into lipgloss, lipstick, blush, and more.
i know for sure that you can do that.

i would reccomend using a lip balm instead, preferably one with an added spf. the hot weather will dry your lips out like crazy so also remember to drink loads of water.
in regards to other cosmetics, summer is all about showing some skin so trade your foundation for tinted moisturizer this season, preferably one with SPF 15 or higher. this hydrating makeup helps even out your skin tone and keeps you looking fresh. if you have any problem areas you feel need extra coverage, use your concealer for spot touch-ups.
pass on powder blush and opt for gel or liquid color instead. sheer, sexy color like this stains your cheeks with a healthy glow that stays put and looks natural in sunlight.
in an attempt to outsmart dreaded summer shine, women can get carried away with pressed powder. too much powder looks heavy and unnatural in sunlight and can create a paste-like residue when combined with perspiration. try using an oil-free tinted moisturizer and a dusting of loose powder in the morning and carry oil-absorbing powder papers to control shine during the day.

With weather like that, you can bring it for sure, but i'd also bring a lip chap like blistex or something because of the heat and the sun, it's super important to keep you lips hydrated as much as possible. You can also use lip chap as a base (get a clear kind) and put your lip gloss over top. that's what i usually do. And it help alot.
Lipgloss wont burn your lips, but if left in very hot conditions such as the dashboard of a car, it will get very sticky. But for a cool, tasty treat, keep a stick or two of your favorite lip balm in the refrigerator. Fruity favorites become even more refreshing when chilled. Many brands of Chap Stick, lip gloss, lip balm and other lip treatments now offer products with SPF 15 to prevent burned lips. Keep an eye out for these sweet treats, as few things taste worse than burnt lips.
So wear a lip gloss with SPF 15 or higher if possible, if not wear a Chap Stick with SPF under.

well when i went to turkey i took different colour lip balm but when i went spain - when it was boiling i wore clear lipgloss- and it didnt melt or nothing/ also try vaseline.
p.s i constantly wear clear lipgloss so i took 2 glosses with me and i nearly used them both p when on holiday
I would suggest buying soft lips b/c it has spf in it and lip gloss is easily layered over it. I have to say though if you put a few coats of SoftLips on, the consistency is really nice and you may not want to bother with the gloss at all.
They now offer them in tints and with shimmer

With weather like that, you can bring it for sure, but i'd also bring a lip chap like blistex or something because of the heat and the sun, it's super important to keep you lips hydrated as much as possible. You can also use lip chap as a base (get a clear kind) and put your lip gloss over top. that's what i usually do. And it help alot.
Lipgloss wont burn your lips, but if left in very hot conditions such as the dashboard of a car, it will get very sticky. But for a cool, tasty treat, keep a stick or two of your favorite lip balm in the refrigerator. Fruity favorites become even more refreshing when chilled. Many brands of Chap Stick, lip gloss, lip balm and other lip treatments now offer products with SPF 15 to prevent burned lips. Keep an eye out for these sweet treats, as few things taste worse than burnt lips.
So wear a lip gloss with SPF 15 or higher if possible, if not wear a Chap Stick with SPF under.

I have slightly crooked teeth not anything really bad but enough to make me very insecure. I want to wear lipstick and lip gloss and feel girly. I know how you feel about the crooked teeth! Wear light fruity colors that don't bring TOO much attention to your mouth. Darker reds just bring more attention to your mouth, which you don't want. Try light peachy or pink colors with just a hint of gloss! Hope that helps!

Covergirl has these new lop glosses called wet slicks fruit spritzers. they go on like a lip balm but has flavor and scent and shine they last all day but they are not sticky it feels as if you have on a lip balm and they are smooth. I love them i have bought like three of them already. You can find them at like any drug store or walmart, Walgreen's, kmart. They cost about 4-6 depending on where you go oh you will want to buy more than one because they are popular right now and they have been sold out basically every store i went to.
A couple that I have tried have been fabulous. They look great, and they aren't at all sticky. Check out:
1. Palmer鈥檚 Cocoa Butter Formula Vitamin E Lip Gloss
It's 100% Cocoa Butter, and is totally shiny.

I like these because i like the colors, stays on better, and even though they cost alot they last me a long time (a little goes a long way) and i use them everyday. and they're not sticky to me either. The MAC lipglosses are sticky

I think there are a few great options at your disposal:
-Maybelline Shinylicious are unbelievably nice on the lips; I don't find them too sticky or gooey at all! They rub off really nicely and despite the bright shades, they provide sheer color with buildable shine.
-Neutrogena Smoothing Lip Sheers are also like the Maybelline Shinylicious, except they contain SPF (15 I believe) and heal/hydrate lips as well. I personally haven't tried it, but I'm looking forward to buying one!

Covergirl has these new lop glosses called wet slicks fruit spritzers. they go on like a lip balm but has flavor and scent and shine they last all day but they are not sticky it feels as if you have on a lip balm and they are smooth. I love them i have bought like three of them already. You can find them at like any drug store or walmart, Walgreen's, kmart. They cost about 4-6 depending on where you go oh you will want to buy more than one because they are popular right now and they have been sold out basically every store i went to.
A couple that I have tried have been fabulous. They look great, and they aren't at all sticky. Check out:
1. Palmer鈥檚 Cocoa Butter Formula Vitamin E Lip Gloss
It's 100% Cocoa Butter, and is totally shiny.

Both of these are relatively inexpensive, and work great. Both have an extra added boost, where (because of the Vitamin E) they make lips look great, plumped and healthy.
I use the victoria secrets lipgloss.. they have a sale going on right now, buy 2 for $10. They have different colors like clears, glittery, pink, red. I like these because i like the colors, stays on better, and even though they cost alot they last me a long time (a little goes a long way) and i use them everyday. and they're not sticky to me either. The MAC lipglosses are sticky

I think there are a few great options at your disposal:
-Maybelline Shinylicious are unbelievably nice on the lips; I don't find them too sticky or gooey at all! They rub off really nicely and despite the bright shades, they provide sheer color with buildable shine.
-Neutrogena Smoothing Lip Sheers are also like the Maybelline Shinylicious, except they contain SPF (15 I believe) and heal/hydrate lips as well. I personally haven't tried it, but I'm looking forward to buying one!

The cashier at a store I went to tonight wore the light lipgloss too. I've seen more light lipgloss lately and don't like it much. But this girls lips got lost because her foundation was thick and it was a lighter beige color too and she did not have any blush on.
Even her mascara was weird. Was black mascara on the underside of her upper eyelashes and beige on the top of her upper lashes. She had nice long thick lashers too. And wore no eyeshadow, really, her face was just beige.
Weird part was when she closed her eyes you saw her beige lashes and she looked pale and dead.

I didn't really care at first, but then later into the relationship when we started kissing more I realized I liked it better without it. I liked it that way for two reasons:
1. Sometimes it would come off on me.
2. I didn't really get to feel her lips.
Just make sure you're lips are really soft. My girlfriend is pretty much addicted to chapstick, vaseline, and this 2 sided lip scrub thing she got from Bath and Body Works. Haha.

Because of your beautiful dark skin I suggest a dark eyeshadow, and because the gloss is bright and shiny.....you don't want to draw attention away from it :). yes i do, if it is white-ish, and more so with lipsticks then with lip gloss. however, when i use more expensive ones that have fine texture, it doesn't happen, so i guess texture is the reason. i tried to put some sort of lip balsam before the lipstick, but it didn't help always.
if you put your lipstick on and press it with a piece of toilet paper, you will prevent this, but also lose the glow, so...
