first apply a lip stick thats very close to your natural lip color, then apply the gloss in the center of your top and bottom lip to make your lips appear fuller!How can i apply REGULAR lipgloss as lip plumper?
Um you need cinnamon and clove oil to make the blood rush to your lips. Otherwise it wouldn't work...
just put it on your lips
