You skin looks pretty good. I would skip foundation. It's not really needed on a daily basis, especially since like I said, you skin already looks good.
Eyeshadows: Dark haired, and dark eyed girls typically look better in golds/bronze, Purples, greens.
Lipgloss: you can't go wrong with a pink. Make it somewhere in the middle. Not too light, not too dark. Also try a light 'berry' color. Or mix a light pink lipgloss, with a pink-ish red lipstick (lightly applied).
