Ok here is my rule for eye shawdow and lipstick/gloss...if your eyes are dramatic than have soft lips(shear glosses an neutral lipsticks) if you want more color on the lip have soft eyes shear pinks blues or whatever color you like...but for the colors u mentioned if it is a dark purple I think a pretty shear pink gloss would be pretty and for the blue just a neutral lip color...this rule will keep u from looking like a clown ; ) !What color of lipstick/lipgloss goes best with purple eyeshadow?
Purple lipstick goes best purple eyeshadow. Red lipstick goes best with blue eye make-up, unless you want to be bold and wear blue lipstick, which would be even better.
A nice pink or sheer colored lipgloss will look great. MAC cosmetics is good for this. Or just use lip pencil, blended in with a clear gloss on top.

go with peach colored. What is your hair color? If t is red peach will be perfect but if not a light, light peach or pink/clear.
blue goes better with pale pink lips, and purple goes best with a plain clear gloss.
