any local bakery can make one if you have a picture of her.
they use a printer with food coloring instead of ink and a sugar paper, all edible. Some bakerys may be able to order other things as well.
As for the lip gloss have you checks walmart or her official website!!Where can I get a hannah montana cake with the lipgloss and how much is it?
the cake: probably any bakery
the lipgloss: a pharmacy like riteaid or cvs. i actually bought a little hannah montana gife set with the perfume, lipgloss, and a little handbag at cvs.
