I have washed it about 6 times w/ soap %26amp; shampoos and the hair still is stiff and greasy and looks wet.How do you get greasy lipgloss out of kids hair?
Skin astringent or denatured alcohol will remove most greasy stains. Soak cotton balls in the stuff and apply, then remove it after about a minute.
