What lipgloss dries on your lips so your hair doesnt get stuck in it?

Does everyone have this problem, where there runnning around with sticky hair because the wind blew, or they moved wrong and then it happened. the gloss is in the hair....What lipgloss dries on your lips so your hair doesnt get stuck in it?

Lipgloss won't dry your lips, it is designed to be glossy and thick. You need lipstick or lip balm if you don't want is sticking to your hair. Or a very poor quality thin gloss.
its called lip gloss it gets you lips glossy. they dont make you lips dry. but there is one that weirdly does. its called Temp My Lips or something i bought it fron the make up section from a mall.
