I am 18 and looking for a freshmen in college look. What brand of makeup has the best highly pigmented lip gloss? Plus I am on a budget.Which brand of makeup has the best highly pigmented lipgloss?
mac has some sheer glosses and others that are super pigmented. i just got 'on display'' which is a great wine-purple that's amazing.

M.A.C does bust if you are looking for pigmented you might want to try there liquid lipstick there prolong wear lip color. or N.Y.C has some to but they dont work as well. and revlon jas there new liquid lipstick to :) hope this helped

i suggest investing in MAC lipgloss with tax they usually come out to 15 bucks but its well worth it, the color are very noticable :]
